REFUSED SHIPMENTS/DELIVERY FAILURE DUE TO LACK OF AVAILABILITY: Any shipments that are returned to The Olive Cellar by shipping carriers due to: refusal of delivery; incorrect address supplied by customer or delivery failure due to lack of availability on recipient's part will not be automatically refunded. Refunds that are requested and approved by management will automatically incur the following deductions: 30% restocking fee and no shipping and handling charges will be refunded.
Oil and Vinegar Return Policy As a food product, all sales of Oil and Vinegar are Final unless damaged or defective.
Merchandise return Policy
You may return unused or damaged merchandise (excluding Oils and Vinegars) for a full refund within 15 days of ship date (dates confirmed by our shipping agents). We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) If you wish to return an item, please contact us prior to shipping anything back, for proper authorization. No returns will be accepted without such authorization. If a replacement is not available, we will offer a refund or exchange. Personalized or custom created items are not returnable.

We will reimburse your original shipping expenses provided that your defective return is shipped via ground. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive method, the additional shipping expenses will not be reimbursed.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit is processed, you will receive notification via e-mail. To replace or exchange your return item, simply re-order the product from the online store.
